การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบตราสินค้า และพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มแม่บ้าน : พงดารอเบเกอรี่อำเภอระแงะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตามแบบแต่ละแบบโดยที่นำรูปแบบตราสินค้า จำนวน 1 แบบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์เบเกอรี่ จำนวน 4 แบบ มีแบบ A แบบ B แบบ C และแบบ D แบบ เสนอต่อกลุ่มแม่บ้านพงดารอ จำนวน 25 คน เพื่อเลือกรูปแบบของบรรจุภัณฑ์เบเกอรี่ และนำไปพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ ดังนี้
