หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่ปฏิบัต

หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน หรือผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งและคู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่มิได้เป็นฝ่ายปฏิบัติผิดสัญญา ได้ส่งคำบอกกล่าวเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไปยังคู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ปฏิบัติผิดสัญญา ให้ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้หรือแก้ไขการผิดสัญญาเช่นว่านั้น แต่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ปฏิบัติผิดสัญญายังคงไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้หรือไม่แก้ไขการผิดสัญญาเช่นว่านั้นภายในระยะเวลา 30 (สามสิบ) วัน คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่มิได้ปฏิบัติผิดสัญญามีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญานี้ได้ทันทีโดยมิต้องบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้รับจ้างอีก
