โดยแฟ้มสะสมผมงานเล่มนี้ ประกอบด้วยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติทางการศึกษา ผลงานที่ได้รับที่ทำให้ดิฉันเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ เช่น ชนะเลิศการแข่งขันตอบคำถามภาษาไทย รองชนะเลิศอันดับหนึ่งแข่งขันประชันกลอนสด เป็นตัวแทนโรงเรียนแข่งกฎหมายที่มหาวิทยาลัยจุฬาลงกรณ์ ได้รับรางวัลชมเชยการแสดงละครภาษาจีนที่มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต เป็นตัวแทนโรงเรียนไปเข้าร่วมงานอักษราวิชาการที่มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร(นครปฐม) เป็นต้น
