การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน
ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก พัฒนาคู่มือ และประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือ สำหรับครูผู้สอน การจัดทำคู่มือได้ดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1. ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากครูผู้สอนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2. นำผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหา จากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างโครงร่างคู่มือไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน พิจารณาแล้วนำมาแก้ไขปรับปรุง จัดทำคู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์ 3. ประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากครูผู้สอน จำนวน 40 คน พิจารณาความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ของคู่มือทั้ง 5 ด้าน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คู่มือที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากการศึกษาการพิจารณาส่วนประกอบของคู่มือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน ได้ดัชนีสอดคล้องที่ 0.97 และประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ของคู่มือโดย ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 40 คน พบว่า คู่มือทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีความเหมาะสมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง
