Kindly please help to try this midspan S/N : HW0151336A36173A01, on another working camera & provide us the snapshot of the troubleshooting done.

Also based on our database, i am not able to find any record for Midspan S/N: HW0151336A36173A01.
It is likely that the midspan comes bundle as accessories when you purchase Q60XX-E.
Please provide the camera S/N for warranty purposes.
