การเตรียมความพร้อมของนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เตรียมความพร้อมของนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อรองรับหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าด้านสุขภาพจิตชุมชน 2 ) ศึกษาการรับรู้บทบาทและสมรรถนะการทำงานของนักจิตวิทยา ในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัว และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการทำงานของนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อสนับสนุนระบบสุขภาพระดับอําเภอ และทีมหมอครอบครัว โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักจิตวิทยาที่ปฏิบัติงานในระบบบริการปฐมภูมิ จำนวน 93 คน ทำการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1)ขั้นตอนการวางแผน 2)ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติ 3) ขั้นตอนการสังเกต และ 4) ขั้นการสะท้อนผล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ indepenrdent t-test สรุปผลการวิจัย ดังนี้
1) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิ ส่วนใหญ่มากกว่าร้อยละ 80 มีการรับรู้บทบาทของนักจิตวิทยาในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิ
2) มีสมรรถนะการทำงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิ อยู่ในระดับสูง ( =3.08) และเมื่อติดตามพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มากกว่าร้อยละ 80 มีการรับรู้บทบาทของนักจิตวิทยาในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิเช่นเดียวกัน
3) นักจิตวิทยาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิ มีสมรรถนะในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัวในบริการระดับปฐมภูมิสูงกว่าเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
