1 สถานีวิจัยและฝึกอบรมหลัก ตั้งอยู่ที่ หมู่บ้านไร่ หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลบ้านแหวน อำเภอหางดง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พื้นที่ดำเนินการ 33 ไร่
2 สถานีวิจัยและฝึกอบรมย่อย ตั้งอยู่ที่ หมู่บ้านใหม่ดอนชัย หมู่ที่ 8 ตำบลยางคราม กิ่งอำเภอดอยหล่อ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พื้นที่ดำเนินการ 90 ไร่
3 สำนักงานประสานงาน และงานวิจัยระดับห้องปฏิบัติการ ตั้งอยู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
4 งานพัฒนาอาชีพเกษตรด้านไม้ดอกไม้ผล ดำเนินงานในพื้นที่ 6 จังหวัด
