ตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธุ์ พ.ศ. 2540 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกรมศิลปากร การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย เดิมได้ตั้งชื่อว่า ปางช้างอยุธยา แล เพนียด และได้เปลี่ยนชื่อ ใหม่เป็น วังช้างอยุธยา แล เพนียด

Established on 17 February 1982, 2540 species by fine arts department is supported by the tourism authority of Thailand. The original name that Pang changayutya Lae paniad and renamed as Wang changayutya Lae paniad.
