เอสเธอร์ สุปรีย์ลีลา (เอสเธอร์, เอส) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2537 เป็นนักแสดงหญิงลูกครึ่งไทย-มาเลเซีย นับถือศาสนาคริสต์ โดยคุณพ่อเป็นคนไทย คุณแม่เป็นคนมาเลเซีย เอสเธอร์มีพี่น้องทั้งหมด 3 คน โดยเอสเธอร์เป็นบุตรสาวคนโต คนกลางผู้ชายชื่อ ทิมมี่ คนเล็กผู้หญิงชื่อ เอบิเกล ชื่อจริงของเอสเธอร์นั้น แปลว่า ดาว ในภาษาฮิบรู จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่ โรงเรียนนานาชาติฮีทฟิลด์ ปัจจุบันศึกษาอยู่ปี 4 คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี

ด้านงานในวงการบันเทิง เอสเธอร์เริ่มเข้าวงการตั้งแต่อายุ 12 ปี ส่วนมากถ่ายแบบให้กับนิตยสารวัยรุ่น และโฆษณาต่าง ๆ และอายุ 15 ก็ได้เข้าประกวด MISS CAWAII 2009 หมายเลข 39 จนอายุ 17 ปี ได้มารับบท ผู้ใหญ่ทับทิม ในละครซิทคอมเรื่อง หลวงตามหาชน และเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้นในฐานะนักแสดงหญิงหน้าใหม่ จากผลงานละครเรื่อง บ่วง (คู่กับ ธนวรรธน์ วรรธนะภูติ) ทาง สถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 เอสเธอร์มีผลงานละครอย่างต่อเนื่องจนละครเรื่องที่ 3 ในชีวิตของเธอคือ สุภาพบุรุษจุฑาเทพ ตอน คุณชายรณพีร์ เธอรับบทร้ายครั้งแรกกับตัวละครที่มีชื่อว่า ม.ล. วิไลรัมภา เทวพรหม คู่หมายของ ม.ร.ว. รณพีร์ จุฑาเทพ (รับบทโดย เจมส์ มาร์) ทำให้ได้รับกระแสตอบรับดีเยี่ยม

ปัจจุบัน เอสเธอร์ สุปรีย์ลีลา ได้เป็นผันตัวมาเป็นนักแสดงอิสระและมีผลงานเรื่องเล่ห์รตี คู่กับ ฌอห์ณ จินดาโชติ และได้ผลตอบรับกระแสคู่จิ้นเป็นอย่างดี
