ดังนั้นทางบริษัทได้ออกหนังแจ้งเป็นรายลักษณ์อักษร เพื่อแจ้งการบอกเลิกสัญญาว่าจ้างการปฏิบัติงาน กับนางสาว ลลิตา เครือไหม
ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯขอให้ นางสาว ลลิตา เครือไหม หยุดปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 เมษายน 2558 เป็นต้นไป
โดยบริษัทฯจะทำการจ่ายค่าชดเชยและค่าจ้างส่วนที่ยังไม่ถึงกำหนดการจ่ายให้กับ นางสาวลลิตา เครือไหม ดังรายการต่อไปนี้
1. ค่าจ้างตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2558 ถึงวันที่ 10 เมษายน 2558 เป็นจำนวนเงิน 7,333.40 บาท
หมายเหตุ : ให้คิดค่าจ้างตามวันที่มาปฏิบัติงานจริงในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ถ้ามาครบตามที่บริษัทกำหนดตารางการปฏิบัติงาน ผู้รับจ้างจะได้เงินค่าจ้างตามที่กล่าวไว้ข้างต้น
2. สินจ้างแทนการบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2558 ถึง วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2558 เป็นจำนวนเงิน 13,999.86 บาท
รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 21,333.269บาท
