คำบอกกล่าวหรือหนังสือใดๆ ของผู้ให้ยืม(ถ้าจำเป็นต้องมี)ผู้ให้ยืมจะส่งให้แก่ผู้ยืมตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น หรือส่ง ณ สถานที่ประกอบการค้าของผู้ยืม หรือผู้ให้ยืมได้ปิดหนังสือบอกกล่าวไว้ยังสถานที่ดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ให้ถือว่าผู้ยืมได้รับและทราบข้อความตามหนังสือดังกล่าวตั้งแต่วันที่ได้ส่งหรือปิดหนังสือนั้นไว้แล้ว
