บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงสาเหตุ ผลกระทบ และวิธีการรับมือ การเกิดภัยแผ่นดินไหวเบื้องต้นได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อประเมินความรู้เบื้องต้นของวิธีการรับมือการเกิดแผ่นดินไหวของชาวบ้าน โดยคณะผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามจำนวนสองชุดเพื่อเป็นการเผยแพร่ความรู้ดังกล่าวให้แก่ชาวบ้าน ซึ่งภายในสื่อความรู้มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุ ผลกระทบ และวิธีป้องกันรวมถึงการรับมือจากภัยแผ่นดินไหว ให้ชาวบ้านรับทราบ และอีกส่วนหนึ่งคือแบบสอบถามการประเมินระดับความรู้เบื้องต้นที่บุคคลตัวอย่างได้รับหลังการเผยแพร่ความรู้ต่าง ๆ จากคณะผู้จัดทำ
โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการกับกลุ่มชุมชน ดังนี้ ชุนชมบ้านแพระหนองแดง ชุมชนหลังมัธยม ชุมชนบ้านน้ำโท้ง อำเภอเมือง จำนวน 60 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การสำรวจความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการเกิดแผ่นดินไหว พ.ศ. 2557 ของประชาชนใน
อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าบุคคลในชุมชนต่าง ๆ ที่ได้ออกเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภัยแผ่นดินไหวและวิธีปฏิบัติตนขณะเกิดแผ่นดินไหวนั้น โดยได้ให้กลุ่มบุคคลตัวอย่างนั้นทำแบบสอบถามในชุดแรกซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามก่อนเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภัยแผ่นไหวและวิธีปฏิบัติตนขณะเกิดแผ่นดินไหวนั้น พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ชาวบ้านมีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับวิธีปฏิบัติตนขณะเกิดแผ่นดินไหวแต่ในขณะเดียวกันนั้นชาวบ้านบางส่วนก็ยังไม่ทราบถึงสาเหตุหลักและผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้นหลังจากการเกิดภัยดังกล่าว ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์จากการอ่านแบบสอบถามในชุดที่สอง คือ แบบสอบถามหลังการเผยแพร่ความรู้ดังกล่าวข้างต้น พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อดังกล่าวได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีความรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุและผลกระทบเกี่ยวกับภัยแผ่นดินไหว รวมถึงสถิติการเกิดภัยดังกล่าวเพิ่มขึ้น จะเห็นได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถามในชุดที่ 2
สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่กำหนด เช่น เพื่อให้ทราบถึงสาเหตุ ผลกระทบ และวิธีการรับมือการเกิดแผ่นดินไหวเบื้องต้นได้อย่างถูกต้อง และชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้รับข่าวสารที่ถูกต้องมากที่สุด
