Horrible experience with house keeping and also on making complaints, no response form any front office staff. Room2307 26-30/10/15 (Gold) bad start as room was in kids wing , and took over 2 hours to cheek in and get a room ,
the worst thing there was a rat in roof space in room 1307,we where there for 2 nights , , them got offered a room back in kids wing , the manager put us in room 2307 for the last 2 nights , but we stayed claim but spoiled are stay here. Room 2209 1-4/11/15 (Club) Room finishing was not good.Cable channels available was very bad.The food by the pool was bad and dinner selection was very limited. Room 4102 19-20/10/15 (Club) Room like old and need to improvement or renovation. we saw the big spider in the bathroom. Staff helpful but cannot found it. Room 5402 19-22/11/15 (Club ) And then the room had water leaking with obvious water stain and wet wood smell. They refuse to let us change to a new room. Instead they call in a mechanic who couldn't pinpoint the source of the leak and I had to point out the source, which is pretty obvious. While the mechanic was repairing the tap, we couldn't get ourselves changed to go out. This wasted a lot of our time. After we insist on changing to a new room, the new room had faulty shower. We also felt deceived after informing we got a free foot massage without informing us of the terms, that we have to purchase a service first. We were disappointed when we only find it out at the spa counter. Our eagerness turns to despair. Room 2307 15-17/11/15 (Club) Had some problems with dishes not being picked up after room was cleaned but they were left outside. We called house service three times and it wasn't till the 3rd time did they come clean it. We stayed in the Penthouse suite and thought that little bit of service could have been better. 3 calls to be cleared and one day room service was not done till 3-4pm. Room 2201 5-11/11/15 (Club) Found service in the bar area to be very slow. Room 2107 20-26/10/15 The rooms we were given were not suitable for guests There was damp all over the roof and water dripping from the air conditioning!
