ในการทำางาน รวมทงั้ ประชาชนทวั่ ไป และใชเ้ ป็นเวทเี พอื่ การแลกเปลยี่ นองคค์ วามรแู้ ละประสบการณด์ ้านความปลอดภยั
อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำางาน รวมทั้งเผยแพร่เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำางาน
ดังนนั้ เพอื่ ให้การจัดงานดังกลา่ วเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยเหมาะสมและบรรลวุ ัตถุประสงคข์ องการจัดงาน
จึงจัดจ้างผู้รับจ้างมืออาชีพซึ่งมีความเชี่ยวชาญและมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดงานลักษณะดังกล่าวมาดำาเนินการ
๒. วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อจัดจ้างผู้รับจ้างมืออาชีพในการดำาเนินการ จัดงานสัปดาห์ความปลอดภัยในการทำางานแห่งชาติ
ครั้งที่ ๒๖ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา
๓.๑ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย และเป็นผู้มีอาชีพรับจ้างจัดงาน
ทปี่ ระกวดราคาจ้างด้วยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
๓.๒ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้ที่ถูกระบุชื่อไว้ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ทิ้งงานของทางราชการ และได้แจ้ง
เวียนชื่อแล้ว หรือไม่เป็นผู้ที่ได้รับผลของการสั่งให้นิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลอื่นเป็นผู้ทิ้งงานตามระเบียบของทางราชการ
๓.๓ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น และ/หรือต้องไม่เป็น
ผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันระหว่างผู้เสนอราคากับผู้ให้บริการตลาดกลางอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ ณ วันประกวดราคาจ้าง
ด้วยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือไม่เป็นผู้กระทำาการอันเป็นการขัดขวางการแข่งขันราคาอย่างเป็นธรรม
๓.๔ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้รับเอกสิทธิ์หรือความคุ้มกัน ซึ่งอาจปฏิเสธไม่ยอมขึ้นศาลไทย เว้นแต่
รัฐบาลผู้เสนอราคาได้มีคำาสั่งให้สละสิทธิ์และความคุ้มกันเช่นว่านั้น
๓.๕ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีผลงานด้านการจัดนิทรรศการ การจัดกิจกรรม และ
การประชาสัมพันธ์ หรืองานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาจ้างในครั้งนี้ ในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของ
มูลค่างาน (สัญญาเดียว) และเป็นผลงานที่เป็นคู่สัญญาโดยตรงกับส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานตามกฎหมายว่าด้วย
