การฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่เรียนโดยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ห้อง 4/2 จำนวน 38 โรงเรียนทุ่งใหญ่วิทยาคม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยยได้แก่ 1) ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 10 ข้อ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนจำนวน 10 ข้อ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนมีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง หลักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในระดับ มาก
