ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลอินทร์บุรี ติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ห่างจากตัวเมืองไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 311 เส้นสิงห์บุรี-อินทร์บุรี (สายเก่า) กิโลเมตรที่ 14-15 ไปประมาณ 16 กิโลเมตร เป็นพระอารามหลวง เดิมเป็นวัดร้างมาตั้งแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา ส่วนพระอุโบสถเป็นเพียงแห่งเดียวที่สร้างโดยใช้รางรถไฟเป็นแกนกลางข้างล่าง และที่น่าสนใจคือการแกะสลักบานประตูหน้าต่างโบสถ์ทั้งหลัง โดยช่างที่มีฝีมือแกะสลักของเมืองสิงห์บุรี คือ ช่างชื่น หัตถโกศล ภายในโบสถ์มีพระประธานที่เก่าแก่ พุทธลักษณะที่งดงามมาก ปัจจุบันโบสถ์แห่งนี้ได้รับการบูรณะใหม่
