ด้านความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการกำหนดในรัฐธรรมนูญว่า รัฐต้องจัดให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่สะดวก รวดเร็ว โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูงจนเกินควร ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 97.68 ระบุว่า เห็นด้วย ขณะที่ร้อยละ 2.00 ระบุว่า ไม่เห็นด้วย

สำหรับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการกำหนดในรัฐธรรมนูญว่า รัฐต้องมีมาตรการคุ้มครองเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐในกระบวนการยุติธรรม ให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้โดยเคร่งครัด ปราศจากการแทรกแซงหรือครอบงำใดๆ พบว่า ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 90.16 ระบุว่า เห็นด้วย และ ร้อยละ 6.64 ระบุว่า ไม่เห็นด้วย

ส่วนการกำหนดในรัฐธรรมนูญว่า รัฐพึงจัดให้มีมาตรการ และกลไกในการคุ้มครองผู้ให้เบาะแสข้อมูลและพยาน ในการป้องกันและขจัดการทุจริตประพฤติมิชอบในวงราชการและภาคเอกชน พบว่า ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 96.96 ระบุว่า เห็นด้วย รองลงมา ร้อยละ 1.84 ระบุว่า ไม่เห็นด้วย
