USAGE data which managed at MSTBUSA

USAGE data which managed at MSTBUSAG table dosen't have CNTRY_GRP and PLANT_CODE.
So I think that it is not able to see the USAGE data by each plant unit on USAGE INQUIRY (MSJCF39) screen MSJCF39.
(cannot filter by CNTRY_GRP and PLANT_CODE)
