ท่าเรือกรุงเทพ ได้เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลตู้สินค้า ระหว่างระบบ e-Customs กับระบบ CTMS และ e-Gate เข้าด้วยกัน พร้อมเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงานผ่านระบบ National Single Window ซึ่งขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนาโปรแกรม คาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในเดือนธันวาคม 2557
