This research aims to study the guidelines for creating added value which appears on the product label of sanitary napkin, using the method of qualitative research by collecting documents to gather research information. Select the agent type of sanitary napkin using qualitative analysis of 30 as a descriptive analysis (Descriptive Analysis) and data synthesis for synopsis. Study results showed that the guidelines create added value that appears on the lottery.
