• สินค้าทุกชิ้นมีใบรับประกันจากบริษัทฯ กรุณาแสดงใบรับประกันทุกครั้งเมื่อเข้ารับบริการหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า
• รับทำความสะอาด ชุบ ล้าง ซ่อมแซม ตลอดอายุการใช้งาน โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
• กรณีเปลี่ยนแบบสินค้า บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสภาพสินค้าก่อนทุกครั้ง
• กรณีปรับ เพิ่ม ลดขนาดแหวนได้ไม่เกิน 2 ขนาด โดยการปรับขนาดขึ้นอยู่กับแบบของสินค้า
• สินค้าทุกชิ้นรับประกันความเสียหายกรณีอันเกิดจากการกระบวนการผลิต แต่ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการใช้งานอย่างไม่ถูกต้อง การดัดแปลง หรือสึกกร่อน
• กรณีส่งซ่อมสินค้าภายหลังการใช้งาน น้ำหนักทองอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จากข้อมูลในใบรับประกัน
