ได้มีการเริ่มกิจกรรมปลูกป่าชายเลนครั้งแรก เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2555 ครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2556 และครั้งที่ 3 เมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2556 จำนวน 1,250 ต้นต่อครั้ง โดยมีอัตรารอดของต้นกล้ามากกว่าร้อยละ 80 ซึ่ง BTMT จะมีการจัดโครงการนี้ พร้อมด้วยการติดตามรายงานผลอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง
