วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย
1. เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของผู้ป่วยที่ชักจากการใช้ยาทรามาดอลผิดประเภท ณ ห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช
2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับอาการชักจากการใช้ยาทรามาดอลผิดประเภท
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่เป็นการศึกษาแบบพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาเรื่องความชุกของการชักจากการใช้ยาทรามาดอลผิดประเภท อีกส่วนหนึ่งเป็นการศึกษาภาคตัดขวาง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการชักจากการใช้ยาทรามาดอล (กลุ่ม case) และจับคู่กับผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการชักโดยไม่มีการใช้ยาทรามาดอล (กลุ่มควบคุม) ที่เข้ารับการรักษา ณ ห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลเดช ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2555 – 30 กันยายน 2557 ในอัตราส่วน 1:1
