เส้นทางช่วงที่ 3 วัดพระศรีสรรเพชญ์-วัดมหาธาตุ-วัดราชบูรณะ ระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร จากวัดพระศรีสรรเพชญ์ให้ตรงไปตามถนนนเรศวร ผ่านกลางระหว่างวัดมหาธาตุและวัดราชบูรณะ และสามารถแวะชมพิพิธภัณฑ์เรือไทยใกล้ๆนั้นได้ ควรใช้เวลาที่วัดมหาธาตุและวัดราชบูรณะประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง


เส้นทางช่วงที่ 4 พิพิธภัณฑ์เรือไทย-วัดหน้าพระเมรุ ระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร จากพิพิธภัณฑ์เรือไทยใช้เส้นทางถนนชีกุนสายเดิมเลยไปจนถึงถนนนเรศวรให้เลี้ยวซ้ายตรงไปถึงเจอทางแยกให้เลี้ยวขวาแล้วตรงไป และเลี้ยวซ้ายอีกครั้งเข้าสู่ถนนสายรอบเกาะเมือง ขับเลียบผ่านแม่น้ำลพบุรีไปจนถึงวัดหน้าพระเมรุ ควรมีเวลาชมความงามของพระอุโบสถ และองค์พระประธานทรงเครื่องสมัยอยุธยาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง

เส้นทางช่วงที่ 5 วัดหน้าพระเมรุ-วัดโลกยสุธา ระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร จากวัดหน้าพระเมรุให้เลี้ยวขวาไปตามถนนเลียบแม่น้ำลพบุรี ระหว่างทางด้านซ้ายมือจะเป็นเขตพระบรมมหาราชวังของกรุงศรีอยุธยา ตรงไปเรื่อยๆ พอข้ามสะพานแล้วให้เลี้ยวซ้ายไปตามเส้นทางเลียบคลอง ตรงไปเรื่อย ๆ จนมาถึงทางแยกเข้าวัดโลกยสุธาจึงเลี้ยวขวาเข้าไป ควรใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที หรือครึ่งชั่วโมง

เส้นทางช่วงที่ 6 วัดโลกยสุธา-วัดไชยวัฒนาราม ระยะทางประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร จากวัดโลกยสุธาให้ย้อนกลับด้วยเส้นทางเดิมที่เข้ามา จนออกปากทางถนนเลียบคลองท่อจนถึงทางแยกขวามือ ผ่านสวนสมเด็จฯ ตรงไปจนถึงสามแยกแล้วให้เลี้ยวซ้ายข้ามสะพานวัดกษัตราธิราชวรวิหารแล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายตรงไปตามเส้นทางจะมองเห็นวัดไชยวัฒนาราม ควรมีเวลาเดินชมความงามของวัดนี้ประมาณสักครึ่งชั่วโมง หรืออาจจะมีเวลามากกว่านี้ก็ได้

เส้นทางช่วงที่ 7 วัดไชยวัฒนาราม-บ้านโปรตุเกส ระยะทางประมาณ 4 กิโลเมตร จากวัดไชยวัฒนารามปั่นไปตามทางถนนลาดยางเรื่อยๆจะผ่านบ้านเรือนไทยโบราณ จากนั้นให้เลี้ยวซ้ายที่สามแยก เส้นทางนี้จะผ่านวัดพุทไธศวรรย์ สุดทางสายนี้คือหมู่บ้านโปรตุเกส

เส้นทางช่วงที่ 8 บ้านโปรตุเกส-วัดพุทไธศวรรย์ ระยะทางประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร จากบ้านโปรตุเกสย้อนกลับเส้นทางเดิมจนถึงวัดพุทไธสวรรย์ ควรใช้เวลาที่นี่ประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง

เส้นทางช่วงที่ 9 วัดพุทไธศวรรย์-สำนักงาน ททท. พระนครศรีอยุธยา ระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร จากวัดพุทไธศวรรย์ปั่นจักรยานผ่านโรงเรียนวัดพุทไธศวรรย์ แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายไปท่าเรือข้ามฟาก นำจักรยานข้ามฟากไปอีกฝั่งหนึ่ง จากนั้นจึงเลี้ยวซ้ายกลับไปทาง ททท.
