จากการสรุปผลการวิจัยเรื่องความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ พบว่า
ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการบริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ระดับมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจในด้านระบบสื่อการเรียนการสอน เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาด้านบริการวิชาการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอานวยความสะดวก และด้านห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ ตามลาดับ เนื่องมาจาก ผู้บริหารได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย โดยการเปิดให้มีการเรียนการสอน เพื่อเป็นการลดช่องว่างทางการศึกษาให้ประชาชน ได้มีโอกาสทางการศึกษา เพราะการศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาคน ซึ่งคนจะเป็นกาลังที่สำคัญในการพัฒนาชาติต่อไปในอนาคต แต่สถานศึกษาก็ต้องมีสิ่งอานวยความสะดวก สถานที่เอื้อต่อการศึกษาและต้องมีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และพร้อมที่จะให้บริการในทุก ๆ ด้าน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับ ศิรินารถ สายอ๋อง (2552) ศึกษาการวิจัยเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาต่อการให้บริการการศึกษาของโครงการบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร พบว่า นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการการศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริการการศึกษาในด้านบุคลากร โครงการบัณฑิตศึกษา รองลงมา คุณภาพการบริการ ส่วนด้านสุดท้ายมีความพึงพอใจต่อด้านสิ่งอานวยความสะดวก
