2.2 ข้อกำหนดการปฏิบัติของสมาชิกแฟร์เทรด คือ
1.สมาชิกทุกคนให้มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินกิจกรรมของเครือข่ายฯ ให้ถือปฏิบัติเป็นหน้าที่ของสมาชิกทุกครั้ง
2. การผลิตใดๆที่เกิดขึ้น จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบนิเวศน์ ไม่กระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อเด็ดขาด (เช่นป่าไม้ , ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ)
3. การใช้แรงงาน
- ห้ามใช้แรงงานเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี โดยเด็ดขาด
- ห้ามกีดกันด้านต่างๆ เช่น สีผิว เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา โดยเด็ดขาดให้ทุกคนมีสิทธิเท่าเทียมกัน

2.3 การได้มาซึ่งเงินพรีเมี่ยม -การใช้เงินพรีเมี่ยม
