บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของสัตว์หน้าดินในระบบนิเวศแหล่งน้ำนิ่งที่สร้างขึ้นโดยมนุษย์ในบริเวณหมู่บ้านท่าเกวียน อ.สันทราย จ.เชียงใหม่ ในช่วง เดือนกันยายน ถึง เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2559 การศึกษาความหลากหลายของตัวตัวอ่อนแมลงบริเวณผิวน้ำและสัตว์หน้าดิน ในการศึกษานี้โดยกำหนดจุดเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำได้
12 จุด 3 หน่วยการทดลอง จุดละ 3 บริเวณ คือต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ และปลายน้ำ โดยทำการเก็บตัวอย่างสัตว์หน้าดินเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง เป็นเวลานาน 4 เดือน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสัตว์หน้าดิน ปลา หอย และปู โดยบริเวณหมู่บ้านท่าเกวียน อ.สันทราย จ.เชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มสัตว์หน้าดิน ทั้งหมดรวม 2 ไฟลัม ได้แก่ Mollusca และ Arthropoda ซึ่งสามารถจำแนกวงศ์ของสัตว์หน้าดินได้ทั้งสิ้น 8 วงศ์ โดยกลุ่ม Mollusca เป็นกลุ่มสัตว์หน้าดินที่เป็นโครงสร้างหลัก และพบในทุกบ่อโดยในแต่ละบ่อมีความหลากหลายของวงศ์สัตว์หน้าดินมากที่สุด รวม 3 วงศ์ ซึ่งวงศ์สัตว์หน้าดินที่พบเป็นชนิดเด่น คือ Ampullariidae (หอยเชอรี่) และ Viviparidae (หอยขม) พบมีการแพร่กระจายมากในแหล่งน้ำนิ่งที่สร้างขึ้นในบ่อขนาด 3 ไร่ ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์การจัดกลุ่มและจัดลำดับตามจุด สำรวจร่วมกับเดือนสำรวจ และจุดสำรวจร่วมกับพื้นที่เก็บตัวอย่าง พบว่าบริเวณบ่อที่มีขนาด 50 ตารางวา มีปริมาณสัตว์หน้าดินในวงศ์ Plecoptera sp. อยู่จำนวนหนึ่ง ซึ่งบ่งชี้ถึงจุดสำรวจดังกล่าวเป็นดัชนีบ่งชี้คุณภาพน้ำได้เป็นอย่างดี
