ในการออกแบบและสร้างตุ๊กตาลม (มาสคอต) มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 2 ข้อคือ (1) เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างตุ๊กตาลม (มาสคอต) (2) เพื่อนำความรู้ที่ได้เรียนมาปรับใช้กับการปฏิบัติงานในการสร้างตุ๊กตาลม โดยมีสมมุติฐาน 1 ข้อ คือ เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างตุ๊กตาลม (มาสคอต) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้นกว่าเดิม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบเครื่องจักรกล มีวุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีจำนวน 7 คน ซึ่งเลือกโดยวิธีเจาะจง(Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ตุ๊กตาลม (มาสคอต) และแบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพของตุ๊กตาลม (มาสคอต) ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้
