การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพนักงานบริษัทเบนสัน จิวเวลรี่ จัดกัด เกี่ยวปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของพนักงาน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลกระทบรวมของปัญหาพนักงานในบริษัทเบนสัน จิวเวลรี่ จัดกัด ในจังหวัดนครปฐมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 297 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสถานภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 199 คน (ร้อยละ 67.00) ซึ่งมีสัดส่วนมากกว่าเพศชาย จำนวน 98 คน (ร้อยละ 33.00) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประมาณครึ่งหนึ่งมีอายุระหว่าง 21-25 ปี โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 96 คน (ร้อยละ 32.32) มีอายุ 26-30 ปี ซึ่งมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 92 คน (ร้อยละ 30.98) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจบการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา/ปวส./ปวท. จำนวน 135 คน (ร้อยละ 45.45) จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. จำนวน 132 คน (ร้อยละ 44.44) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 177 คน (ร้อยละ 59.60) มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 9,001-15,000 บาท กลุ่มตัวอย่างประมาณครึ่งหนึ่งมีตำแหน่งงานเป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติในโรงงาน จำนวน 196 คน (ร้อยละ 65.99) และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานน้อยกว่า 5 ปี จำนวน 213 คน (ร้อยละ 71.72)
ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานบริษัทเบนสัน จิวเวลรี่ จัดกัด ในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน การยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะงานที่ทำ การติดต่อสื่อสารความสัมพันธ์กับบุคลอื่นๆ และการฝึกอบรมการพัฒนา อยู่ในระดับปานกลางตามลำดับ
