บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 29
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีจำนวน 115 คน ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 29 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 29 อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความเชื่อมั่นอย่างแรงกล้าต่อองค์กร 2) ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทเพื่อองค์กร 3) ด้านความปรารถนาที่จะเป็นสมาชิกขององค์กร 4) ด้านความคาดหวังที่จะได้รับการตอบสนองจากองค์กร โดยด้านที่มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 29 มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทเพื่อองค์กร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.98) รองลงมา คือ ด้านความคาดหวังที่จะได้รับการตอบสนองจากองค์กร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.90) และมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านความปรารถนาที่จะเป็นสมาชิกขององค์กร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.67)
