The concept of work itself is rapidly changing, moving from “physical” work to “intellectual” work in the new age. And the concept of the worker is changing. These new knowledge workers will from will from a new demographic. As with the “baby boomers” who matured and required a whole panoply of new consumer goods in the 1970s so too will these “drivers” on the information highway have new needs. For graduating students this represents a new opportunity to exercise their entrepreneurial abilities and to seek out and identify the new consumer needs.
