ดิฉันเชื่อว่าคนเราทุกคนต่างก็ต้องมีเป้าหมายในชีวิตกันทั้งนั้น แต่ต่างกันตรงที่ว่าเป้าหมายในชีวิตของเราแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน อาจเป็นเพราะความต้องการและการดำเนินชีวิตแตกต่างกัน จึงทำให้เป้าหมายที่ตั้งเอาไว้ต่างกันไปด้วย รวมถึงตัวฉันเองที่มีเป้าหมายในชีวิต ซึ่งในตอนนี้ดิฉันยังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จกับเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ดิฉันคิดว่าการตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิตของคนเรานั้นไม่จำเป็นต้องตั้งไว้เพียงแค่อย่างเดียว เราสามารถมีเป้าหมายด้านต่างๆของชีวิตได้ และเป้าหมายในชีวิตจะเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เรารู้ว่าเราจะมีชีวิตอยู่เพื่ออะไร และเพื่อใคร ชีวิตก็เหมือนกับการเดินทาง และตัวเราเองก็เปรียบเสมือนกับนักเดินทาง การเดินทางของชีวิตคนเราไม่ได้ราบเรียบหรือโรยด้วยกลีบกุหลาบเสมอไป ระหว่างทางอาจมีสิ่งที่ไม่คาดคิดเกิดขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นบททดสอบ เราจึงต้องมีการวางเป้าหมายเพื่อที่จะได้เดินทางไปสู่จุดหมาย ตัวดิฉันได้มีการว่างเป้าหมายในที่ชีวิตอยู่ไม่กี่ข้อ ข้อแรกก็คือ การเป็นลูกที่ดีของคุณพ่อกับคุณแม่คือ พยายามทำตัวให้ดีไม่สร้างความเดือดเนื้อร้อนใจให้กับท่านทั้งสองเพราะคิดว่าท่านทั้งสองก็คงเหนื่อยกับภาระหน้าที่ของท่านมากพอแล้ว จึงจะพยายามไม่สร้างปัญหาให้ท่านอีก ข้อสองก็คือ ตั้งใจศึกษาเล่าเรียน เพราะว่าคุณพ่อคุณแม่ท่านต้องทำงานหนักเพื่อที่จะหาเงินส่งเสียเป็นค่าเทอมให้กับเรา ดิฉันคิดเสมอว่าไม่ควรเรียนเล่นๆถึงจะเรียนไม่เก่งแต่ก็จะพยายามทำให้เต็มที่ที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ เพื่อที่จะได้ไม่ทำให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่ผิดและบางครั้งการเรียนดิฉันอาจจะท้อบ้างในบางครั้งแต่ฉันก็จะสู้ให้ผ่านปัญหาทุกอย่างไปได้ ข้อสามคือเรียนจบปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ทำคุณประโยชน์ให้แก่ตนเองและ สังคมในขณะที่เรียนและทำงานในสาขาอาชีพการงานที่สุจริต ไม่ก่อให้คนอื่นและสังคมเดือดร้อน หางานทำที่ดีและมีความมั่นคง เนื่องจากงานที่มันคงจะทำให้เรามีรายได้ที่สม่ำเสมอเพื่อใช้เลี้ยงตัวเองและคนในครอบครัวได้และทำให้เรามีคุณภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ข้อสุดท้ายเป็นข้อที่สำคัญที่สุดสำหรับดิฉันมากนั่นคือการที่จะเลี้ยงดูพ่อแม่ให้ดีที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้จากรายได้ที่หาได้ด้วยน้ำพักน้ำแรงของตัวเองเพื่อที่จะทำให้ท่านทั้งสองได้มีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่สุขสบายในบั้นปลายชีวิตของท่าน ‘แน่นอนว่าเป้าหมายในชีวิตทุกข้อจะเริ่มขึ้นจากความตั้งใจก่อนเสมอ’ เพราะฉะนั้นดิฉันควรตอบแทนสิ่งที่ท่านทั้งสองทำให้ตั้งแต่เล็กจนโต มันเป็นสิ่งที่ดิฉันภูมิใจที่สุดในชีวิตที่จะได้ดูแลท่านทั้งสองด้วยตัวของดิฉันเองและดิฉันเปรียบชีวิตคนเราก็เสมือนกับการเดินทาง และตัวเราก็เป็นนักเดินทาง ถ้าเราเป็นนักเดินทางที่ฉลาดย่อมที่จะมีการวางแผนเป้าหมายในการเดินทางเสมอ และจะไม่ยอมเสียเวลาข้างทางเพราะจะทำให้ไปถึงจุดหมายช้าลง ถ้าวันนี้เรามีการตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิตไว้แล้วจงเดินตามเส้นทางที่วางไว้ไปเรื่อยๆโดยไม่หยุดและไม่แวะข้างทางเราก็จะไปถึงจุดหมายปลายทางได้สำเร็จ แต่ในทุกการโดนทางย่อมมีอุปสรรคขวากหนามมาคอยกีดขวางเราเสมอ ไม่ผิดหรอกในบ้างครั้งที่เราอาจจะรู้สึกท้อ แต่ถ้าเรามีความมุ่งมั่นและตั้งใจที่จะไปให้ถึงจุดหมายแล้วอุปสรรคใดๆก็จะไม่สามารถขวางทางที่จะไปสู่ความสำเร็จของเราได้ไม่ว่าจะยังไงสำหรับดิฉันก็จะขอทำวันนี้ให้ดีที่สุด
