ที่ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาห้วยฮ่องไคร้ อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อ.ดอยสะเก็ด จ.เชียงใหม่ นายกรัฐมนตรีและคณะรัฐมนตรีได้ร่วมกันก่อสร้างฝายต้นน้ำด้วย
