๑.กตามอ้างถึง ผบ.ทสส. กรุณาอนุมัติให้ ศศย.สปท. จัดการประชุมเชิงสัมมนาทางวิชาการนานาชาติ (Think Tank Summit) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Global Conflicts Management: Preventive Diplomacy & Resolution” ระหว่างวันที่ ๓ – ๖ ก.ค.๕๙ ณ ศศย.ทท. จว.ชบ. โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางหรือข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ หรือทิศทางการสร้างความร่วมมือ ด้านความมั่นคงอย่างยั่งยืน และการกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาสำคัญๆ ที่มีผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคง ในภูมิภาค ตลอดจนการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในภูมิภาคเอเชีย และภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ ของโลกต่อไปในอนาคตผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมฯ ประกอบด้วยนักวิชาการ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานคลังสมอง (Think Tank) ของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน ประเทศคู่เจรจา และมิตรประเทศ รายละเอียดตามสิ่งที่ส่งมาด้วย ๑ และ ๒
๒.กศศย.ฯ พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่า ท่านเป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และมีประสบการณ์ ในเรื่องดังกล่าว จึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านเข้าร่วมประชุมฯ ในวันที่ ๔ – ๕ ก.ค.๕๙ และขอเรียนเชิญท่านกรุณา ให้เกียรติเป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการในวันที่ ๕ ก.ค.๕๙ เวลา ๐๘๓๐ – ๑๒๐๐ น. ทั้งนี้ ได้มอบหมายให้ น.อ.หญิง นุชชาลี ศิริทรัพย์ รอง ผอ.กภศ.ศศย.สปท. เป็นผู้ประสานในรายละเอียด หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ ๐ ๒๒๗๕ ๕๗๑๖ และขอขอบคุณล่วงหน้ามา ณ โอกาสนี้
