2. ผู้ป่วยที่มีประวัติการเกิดอาการชักที่เข้ารับการรักษาในห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินที่อายุระหว่าง 12 – 60 ปี ในระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2555 – 30 กันยายน 2557
