7.1 การผ่อนผัน ผ่อนเวลา หรือละเว้นการใช้สิทธิใด ๆ ของผู้ให้เช่า ต่อ ผู้เช่า ตาม
สัญญานี้ ไม่ถือว่า ผู้ให้เช่าสละสิทธิประโยชน์นั้นต่อผู้เช่าแต่อย่างใด
7.2 การบอกกล่าวทวงถาม หรือส่งเอกสารใดๆ อันพึงมีไปยังคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งตาม
