จากผลการวิจัย มีข้อเสนอต่อกระบวนการฝึกหัดครูช่างของไทยว่า สิ่งแรกที่เป็นกระบวนการต้นน้ำของการได้มาซึ่งครูช่างที่ดี มีความสามารถ รักในการเป็นครูช่าง คือกระบวนการสรรหา (Recruitment) คนที่มีใจให้วิชาชีพตั้งแต่แรก เพื่อเป็นตัวป้อน หรือ Input ที่ดีเข้าไปสู่กระบวนการเรียนการสอนครูช่าง การค้นหานั้นไม่ยากหากมีการทำอย่างจริงจัง ซึ่งจากงานวิจัยนี้จะเห็นได้ว่า มีตัวแทนทางสังคมมากมายที่มีบทบาทในการขัดเกลาบุคคลให้เกิดแรงจูงใจในการมาเรียนครูช่าง โดยเริ่มจากสถาบันฝึกหัดครูช่างเป็นแกนหลักต้องให้ความสำคัญกับกระบวนการ เงื่อนไขของสรรหาบุคคลเข้ามาเรียนครูช่างเป็นพิเศษ และมีกระบวนการที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงและปฏิสัมพันธ์กับตัวแทนอื่นๆ ด้วย เช่น เข้าไปสรรหา “ช้างเผือก” (สำนวนไทยหมายถึงคนดีคนเก่ง) จากโรงเรียน/วิทยาลัย ที่เป็นสถานศึกษาที่ผลิตช่างโดยตรง หรือสรรหาบุคคลที่เป็นบุตรหลานข้าราชการ/ครู หรือมีโครงการให้ทุนโดยความร่วมมือจากโรงเรียนวิทยาลัยที่ขาดแคลนครู ส่งนักศึกษาตนเองมาเรียนเพื่อกลับไปเป็นครู หรือใช้ระบบแนะแนวในเชิงรุก โดยใช้ความเป็นรุ่นพี่-รุ่นน้องช่วยแนะนำให้คนที่อยากเรียนครูช่างได้เห็นภาพและเข้าใจวิชาชีพครูช่างอย่างจริงจัง ปฏิสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวนี้ ย่อมจะได้คนที่มีแรงจูงใจในการมาเรียนครูช่างสูง ถือว่าเป็น Input ที่ดีอันจะส่งผลให้บุคคลรับรู้และเข้าใจว่า เมื่อจบการศึกษาจะต้องเป็นครูมากกว่าช่าง ย่อมทำให้การเล่าเรียนมีความหมายมากกว่าคนที่ยังเลือกไม่ได้ว่าจะไปเป็นครูหรือเป็นช่าง
