และองค์การปกครองท้องถิ่นอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดให้เป็นราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
“ข้อบัญญัติท้องถิ่น” หมายความว่า กฎซึ่งออกโดยอาศัยอำนาจนิติบัญญัติของราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น เช่น เทศบัญญัติ
ข้อบังคับสุขาภิบาล ข้อบัญญัติจังหวัด ข้อบัญญัติกรุงเทพมหานคร หรือข้อบัญญัติเมืองพัทยา เป็นต้น
4 “เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่น” หมายความว่า
(1) นายกเทศมนตรี สำหรับในเขตเทศบาล
(2) นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด สำหรับในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด
(3) ประธานกรรมการบริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล สำหรับในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล
(4) ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร สำหรับในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
(5) นายกเมืองพัทยา สำหรับในเขตเมืองพัทยา
(6) ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นขององค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด สำหรับในเขตองค์กร
ปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นนั้น
“รัฐมนตรี” หมายความว่า รัฐมนตรีผู้รักษาการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
