- นำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบการทำงาน ที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานภายในบริษัท
- จัดหา คัดเลือก รักษาและ พัฒนาระบบโปรแกรมสารสนเทศ และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินปัญหาของระบบงานโปรแกรมสารสนเทศที่มีการพัฒนาแล้ว เพื่อหาแนวทางในการปรับปรุง
- นำเสนอและพัฒนาระบบงานโปรแกรมสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานและตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีม Programmer และทีมงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานการทำงานกับทีม Call Center ในการให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับระบบงานโปรแกรมสารสนเทศและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
