การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ปร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อออกแบบและสร้าง เครื่องฉีกตอก (2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะ เครื่องฉีกตอก เครื่องฉีกตอก และ (3) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านการใช้งาน เครื่องฉีกตอก
ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยสรุปตามลำดับคือ (1) การศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อออกแบบ
(2) การออกแบบต้นแบบชิ้นงาน (3) การสร้างเครื่องต้นแบบชิ้นงาน (4) ศึกษาสมรรถนะ (5) การประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านการใช้งาน (6) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และ
(7) การนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ค่าเฉลี่ยของเวลาฉีกตอกสามารถนำเส้นตอก 20 เส้นมาฉีกตอกทีละเส้น ออกเป็น 3 เส้น ใช้เวลา 1.27 นาทีคิดเป็นเฉลี่ยต่อของเวลาต่อเส้นเท่ากับ 1.27/20 = 0.0635 วินาที/เส้น
2. คุณภาพของเส้นตอกที่ฉีกด้วยเครื่องฉีกตอกทุกเส้นมีคุณภาพดีใกล้เคียงกับคุณภาพเสันตอกที่ฉีกด้วยมืด คิดร้อยละ 100
3. ความเหมาะสมด้านการใช้งานเครื่องฉีกตอก ลักษณะทางกายภาพมีความเหมาะสมในระดับดี และ ลักษณะการใช้งานมีความเหมาะสมในระดับดีมาก
