รายงานวิจัยเรื่อง กระบวนการทบทวนความรู้สู่ความสำเร็จในการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนใบประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นหนึ่ง เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การทบทวนความรู้ของผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นหนึ่งของบัณฑิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บัณฑิตผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรการพยาบาลศาสตร์บัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และสอบผ่านความรู้ของผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียนฯ ทุกรายวิชาในรอบแรก ปีการศึกษา 2555 และ 2556 จำนวน 4 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประสบการณ์การเตรียมทบทวนความรู้ สามารถจัดแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้น 9 ประเด็น ดังนี้ ขั้นเตรียมการทบทวนความรู้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1.การวางแผนการอ่านหนังสือ โดยการจัดตารางในการอ่านหนังสือทุกวัน ในช่วง 2 ถึง 3 เดือน ก่อนสอบ และ 2.การวางแผนลำดับในการอ่านหนังสือ โดยนักศึกษาบางรายจะเริ่มอ่านวิชาที่ชอบก่อนและอีกบางรายวางแผนเริ่มอ่านวิชาที่ยากก่อน และขั้นทบทวนความรู้ แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1.การทบทวนความรู้ด้วยตนเอง 2.การทบทวนความรู้โดยอาจารย์และ 3.การทบทวนความรู้กับเพื่อน ประเด็นที่ 6 เทคนิคช่วยจำของนักศึกษา ประเด็นที่ 7 การผ่อนคลายความเครียด และประเด็นสุดท้าย คือ แรงผลักดันที่ทำให้เกิดกำลังใจในการอ่าน
ข้อเสนอแนะ 1.ควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อนการสอบเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้มีเวลาในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนสอบ 2.ผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดการทบทวนความรู้ให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้นักศึกษาทราบ 1-2 เดือนก่อนติวเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้มีเวลาในการอ่านหนังสือก่อนการเข้าติวซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การติวมีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับความรู้มากที่สุด 3.ให้นักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มีการจัดลำดับการอ่านตามเป้าหมายที่ตนเองตั้งไว้ เพื่อให้ได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด 4.ให้นักศึกษาหาวิธีผ่อนคลายให้เหมาะสมกับตัวเองเพื่อทำให้มีความสุขในการอ่านหนังสือเตรียมพร้อมก่อนสอบ 5.ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบเตรียมสอบ บุคลากร ครอบครัวร่วมกันเป็นกำลังและส่งเสริมแรงผลักดันให้แก่นักศึกษาในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนสอบ 6. ให้ผู้ที่รับผิดชอบจัดให้มีโอกาส ให้ผู้ที่ประสบความสำเร็จมาถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ให้กับรุ่นน้อง
