บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การศึกษาความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดในญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังและเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง จำนวน 229 ราย ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่บริการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสำโรงโคกเพชร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ซึ่งได้มาจากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า (Inclusion Criteria) และเกณฑ์คัดออก (Exclusion Criteria) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 3 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง จำนวน 20 ข้อ ส่วนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมในการเผชิญความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง จำนวน 20 ผู้ศึกษาทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเองในระหว่างวันที่ 12-18 เดือนธันวาคม 2558
ผลการวิจัย ระดับความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังส่วนใหญ่ มีความเครียดระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 75.7 รองลงมามีความเครียดในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 15.5 มีความเครียดในระดับน้อย ร้อยละ 6.9 และมีความเครียดในระดับรุนแรงน้อยที่สุด ร้อยละ 2.1 ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง โดยใช้สถิติ One Way ANOVAs ได้ค่า F = 3.461 ค่า P = 0.005 ซึ่งค่าP < 0.001 พบว่า ความเครียดของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
