ซึ่งนอกจากโรงงานนี้จะถูกใช้เป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและบริหารจัดการธุรกิจสำหรับ เชื้อเพลิงเอทานอลแบบครบวงจร ให้นักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา ประชาชนทั่วไป และธุรกิจผลิตเอทานอล ขนาดใหญ่แล้ว โรงงานแห่งนี้ยังจะสามารถช่วยผลิตบุคลากรด้านการผลิตให้กับโรงงานขนาดใหญ่ ให้บริการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่าง บริการด้านงานวิจัย และบริการข้อมูลให้กับภาครัฐ และเอกชนได้อีกด้วย
