การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเเละเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีในเขตภาคกลาง จำเเนกตามสถานภาพของบุคคลที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพได้เเก่ เพศ-อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน อายุของผู้บริหารเเละระดับการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกาษาที่บุคลากรปฏิบัติหน้าที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้เเก่บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในวิทยาลัยเกษตรเเละเทคโนโลยีในเขตภาคกลางจำนวน141คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เเบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาโดยใช้ F-test
