บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอนาคตภาพการอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไทยในยุคประชาคมอาเซียน ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2558 -2567 ในภารกิจหลัก 4 ด้าน คือ คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนผู้สำเร็จการอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูอาชีวศึกษายุคใหม่ คุณลักษณะของสถานอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนและแหล่งเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่และคุณลักษณะการบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไทยยุคใหม่ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคตแบบผสม (Mixed Methodology) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Future Research) การสร้างวงล้ออนาคต(Futures Wheel) การวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ระหว่างแนวโน้มเหตุการณ์ต่อเนื่อง(Cross-impact Analysis) และการเขียนภาพอนาคต(Scenario Development) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ทำการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 32 คน ประกอบ กลุ่มผู้ที่มีส่วนในการกำหนดนโยบาย กลุ่มผู้นำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติ กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติการเรียนการสอนอาชีวศึกษา และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ผลผลิต-สถานประกอบการ และในช่วงการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ของกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน อีกจำนวน 40 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จากทุกภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 40 แห่ง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนผู้สำเร็จการอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไทยที่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานวิชาชีพตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิอาชีวศึกษา, มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน, มีความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในวิชาชีพที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของสถานประกอบ, มีความเป็นระเบียบวินัย, มีความขยัน อดทน, มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และสามารถสร้างความร่วมมือกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน, มีความมั่นใจในความสามารถด้านวิชาชีพของตนเอง, สนใจใฝ่รู้ และรู้จักพัฒนาตนเองให้ทันโลก, มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพ, มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อองค์กรและสังคม, รู้วิธีค้นคว้าวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้, มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบดี, มีความชำนาญในวิชาชีพที่เรียนมาและสามารถใช้อุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพได้ดี, มุ่งเน้นคุณภาพของงาน สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องได้, มีความรู้ทักษะด้านภาษาต่างประเทศ ได้อย่างน้อย 2 ภาษา, มีความเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน, มีความรู้ และทักษะในการสื่อสารและใช้อุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้, สามารถใช้และเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ICT ได้, สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้, มีความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้และทักษะในสาขาวิชาชีพสู่การปฏิบัติจริง, มีความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้และทักษะในสาขาวิชาชีพสู่การประกอบอาชีพ, มีความพร้อมในการฝึกและพัฒนาตนเองในสาขางานที่รับผิดชอบ, รู้จักดูแลและป้องกันอันตรายจากการทำงาน, ไม่เลือกงาน ไม่กลัวงานสกปรก และงานหนักหรือความลำบาก, มีความภูมิใจในอาชีพของตน, มีความมั่นใจว่าการเรียนอาชีวศึกษาจะมีความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ
2. คุณลักษณะของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไทยที่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย มีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ทักษะอาชีพและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์, มีระเบียบวินัย, ใฝ่เรียนรู้, เป็นตัวอย่างด้านจริยธรรม, มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ, มีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอด, ได้รับการพัฒนาความรู้ใหม่ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ, มีการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา, ได้รับการพัฒนาโดยการฝึกอบรมในสาขาวิชาชีพที่สอน จากสถานประกอบการอย่างต่อเนื่อง, เก่งปฏิบัติและมีประสบการณ์ด้านวิชาชีพ, มีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ มุ่งสอนและฝึกให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้และเข้าใจด้วยตนเอง, มีความเข้าใจในพัฒนาการและพฤติกรรมของผู้เรียน, มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้, มีภาวะผู้นำ, มีบุคลิกดี และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีได้, มีความรู้และความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาต่างประเทศได้ดี, สามารถใช้และเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ICT, สามารถประยุกต์เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆกับทักษะความรู้เดิม, มีความรู้ในวิชาชีพเฉพาะที่สอนอย่างลึกซึ้ง, มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในวิชาชีพครู, มีจิตวิญญาณของความเป็นครู, มีความสามารถในการบูรณาการวิชาการต่างๆที่จะสอนเพิ่มเติมให้แก่ผู้เรียน, มีความรู้ในเรื่องการออกข้อสอบ การวัดผล และประเมินผลการเรียน, สอนให้ผู้เรียนรู้จักคิด สามารถแนะแนวและชี้นำผู้เรียนได้อย่างถูกต้อง, มีความรู้ด้านจิตวิทยาการสอน, สอนตรงสาขาวิชาชีพที่สำเร็จการศึกษาและตามความถนัด, มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและทำวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ เช่น ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และทำผลงานทางวิชาการ, เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนาทางด้านวิชาการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ, ศึกษาพัฒนาตนเองจากระบบเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ, อบรมพัฒนาครูโดยระบบพี่เลี้ยงในช่วงปฏิบัติงาน โดยผู้ที่มีความชำนาญคอยให้คำแนะนำชี้แนะ
