สรุปผลการปฏิบัติงาน
ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจาการฝึกงาน
- ได้ความรู้และเทคนิคใหม่ๆ แตกต่างจากที่เคยปฏิบัติมา
- ได้เรียนรู้ระบบการจัดการฟาร์มทั้งฟาร์มที่มีขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็ก ที่สามารถนำความรู้กลับมาใช้ได้ในชีวิตจริง
- ได้เรียนรู้ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ได้ฝึกการอยู่ร่วมกันกับผู้อื่นและฝึกการใช้ชีวิตในต่างประเทศ
- ได้ฝึกการทำงานร่วมกันกับผู้อื่น
ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ได้เห็นข้อแตกต่างของฟาร์มที่มีขนาดใหญ่และฟาร์มที่มีขนาดเล็ก Siang Yuan Organic & Ecology Farm เป็นฟาร์มที่มีขนาดเล็กมีพื้นที่ไม่มากจะสามารถควบคุมและง่ายต่อการจัดการ แต่ก็เหนื่อยและทำงานหนัก เพราะเราต้องเป็นคนดูแลและทำทุกอย่างทั้งหมดเองทั้งหมด แต่ที่ Julin Organic Farm เป็นฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่และทำในรูปแบบธุรกิจ ต้องควบคุมคนงานและพนักงานที่มีประมาณเกือบ 30 คน ให้ได้ ผู้จัดการฟาร์มจะต้องคอยแจกแจงงานและกระจายงานให้กับคนงานในแต่ละวันอย่างเป็นระบบ แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มๆ แต่ละกลุ่มทำงานต่างพื้นที่และต่างหน้าที่กัน โดยจะหมุนเวียนหน้าที่กันไปทุกวัน เจ้าของฟาร์มและผู้จัดการฟาร์มก็จะตรวจดูการทำงานและช่วยคนงานทำงาน ในฟาร์มจะมีพื้นที่ที่เป็นสำนักงานโดยจะมีพนักงานที่คอยรับออเดอร์ลูกค้า พนักงานแพ็คผักและผลไม้ ที่สำนักงานจะมีห้องตรวจสอบคุณภาพผัก ผลไม้ ,ห้องแพ็คผัก และ cooling room ไว้เก็บรักษาผักและผลไม้ ซึ่งการดูแลฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่จะต้องมีผู้จัดการฟาร์มที่คอยช่วยเหลือและจัดการทุกอย่างอย่างเป็นระบบ และต้องมีพนักงานที่ขยันและซื่อสัตย์ด้วย
จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ฝึกงาน จะเห็นได้ว่าเกษตรกรไต้หวันส่วนใหญ่จะเห็นถึงความสำคัญของผู้บริโภค ที่ไม่ได้นึกถึงแค่ผลกำไรแต่ยังนึกถึงสุขภาพและความต้องการของผู้บิโภคอีกด้วย อีกทั้งเกษตรกรได้รับการสนับสนุนที่ดีจากรัฐบาล มีการชลปรทานน้ำที่ดีเพียงพอต่อการทำการเกษตรได้ทั้งปี สินค้าทางการเกษตรมีมูลค่าสูง ซึ่งแตกต่างจากประเทศไทยตรงที่รัฐบาลดูแลเกษตรกรได้ไม่ทั่วถึง เกษตรกรไทยส่วนใหญ่มีรายจ่ายมากกว่ารายรับ สินค้าทางการเกษตรมีมูลค่าต่ำ การชลประทานน้ำไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้ในการทำการเกษตรทั้งปีเกษตรกรต้องไปกู้เงินนายทุนมาเพื่อซื้อเครื่องมือทางการเกษตร บางรายขาดทุนทำให้เป็นหนี้นายทุน และทำให้เกิดปัญหาด้านสังคมตามมา
