​เนื่องด้วย ข้าพเจ้านายธีรภัท ชัยพิพัฒน์ และนางสาวเสาวลักษณ์ วรายุ จำนวน 2 ท่าน จากวิทยาลัยสหวิทยาการ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรรมศาสตร์ ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าได้รับทุนศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาสังคมศาสตร์กับการพัฒนา คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จากหน่วยงานที่ข้าพเจ้าทำงานอยู่คือมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยทางเจ้าของทุนมีงบประมาณส่วนหนึ่งให้ทุนสนับสนุนในการไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ต่างประเทศ ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าได้ทำหัวข้อดุษฎีนิพนธ์ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับ “การจัดการความรู้” และเพื่อให้หัวข้องานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้จัดทำโครงการเสนอขอทุนศึกษาดูงาน ณ ต่างประเทศ ไปยังต้นสังกัดที่ให้ทุนฯ ทั้งนี้ประเด็นการจัดการความรู้ ถือเป็นประเด็นที่ข้าพเจ้าเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในยุคของการเปิดประชาคมอาเซียนรวมถึงประเทศมหาอำนาจในการที่จะส่งเสริมให้ข้าพเจ้าได้รับความรู้แบบบูรณาการ
