ประวัติ แลคตาซอย
จากจุดเล็กๆ จากการก่อตั้งบริษัทผลิตน้ำอัดลมในนาม ห้างหุ้นส่วน เกี่ยงฮั้ว จำกัด เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2493 โดยมีคุณวิริยะ จิรพัฒนกุล เป็นผู้ก่อตั้ง ซึ่งเริ่มต้นจากผลิตน้ำอัดลมรสส้ม และกลิ่นสละ ยี่ห้อ " แฮปปี้ " และ " ดับเบิ้ลแฮปปี้ " ส่งขายให้กับค่ายทหารญี่ปุ่นและตลาดเยาวราชตั้งแต่สมัยหลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 รวมทั้ง การผลิตน้ำอัดลมจากต่างประเทศคือ น้ำอัดลม " คิกคาปู้ " จากประเทศแคนาดา " คิงคิส " และ " คอสโค " จาก ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

หลังจากนั้นในปี พ.ศ.2524 ได้หันเหจากธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมน้ำอัดลม มาประกอบธุรกิจการผลิตนมถั่วเหลือง ยูเอชที บรรจุกล่องกระดาษเตตร้าแพ็ค จากสวีเดน เป็นรายแรกของประเทศไทยภายใต้ชื่อว่า " แลคตาซอย "

ในปี พ.ศ.2534 ทางบริษัทได้ลงทุนสร้างโรงงานแห่งใหม่ด้วยงบประมาณ 860 ล้านบาท ขึ้นที่อำเภอ ศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี บนเนื้อที่ 209 ไร่ ซึ่งห่างจากโรงงานเดิมที่กรุงเทพเพียง 126 กม. เพื่อ
รองรับการ ขยายตัวทางธุรกิจ และเพื่อความสะดวกในการขนส่งสินค้าไปยังภาคอื่นๆ อีกทั้งเป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงการจราจรที่แออัดในเขตกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องจากรัฐบาลมีนโยบายที่จะออกกฎหมายห้ามรถบรรทุกเกิน 6 ล้อ วิ่งเข้าเขตกรุงเทพ และเป็นการเตรียมพร้อมรองรับประกาศของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมเรื่องการห้ามขยายกำลังการผลิตในเขตกรุงเทพฯ

ปัจจุบันบริษัท แลคตาซอย จำกัด ผลิตนมป้อนตลาดปีละกว่า 600 ล้านกล่อง และกำลังขยายธุรกิจสู่ภูมิภาคเอเชีย
รวมไปถึงภูมิภาคอื่นๆด้วย ในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้
