ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนโพรงมะเดื่อวิทยาคม จังหวัดนครปฐม

ทำการฝึกตามแบบโปรแกรมฝึกใช้เวลาในการฝึก 3 เดือน และทำการทดสอบทักษะการอันเดอร์วอลเลย์บอล
