วิธีการคัดเลือกโดยการรับตรงเข้าคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์
1.จะคัดเลือกนักเรียนที่กำลังเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สายสามัญที่สนใจและตั้งใจที่จะเลือกเรียนนิติศาสตร์เป็นลำดับแรก
2.นักเรียนที่มีสิทธิได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาในคณะนิติศาสตร์จะต้องผ่านการสอบข้อเขียน และสัมภาษณ์
3.เมื่อได้รับการคัดเลือกและแสดงความจำนงเข้าศึกษาแล้วจะตัดสิทธิการสอบ Admission ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครสอบโครงการรับตรง
1.ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย มัธยมศึกษาปีที่6 สายสามัญ
2.ผู้สมัครต้องมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม ตั้งแต่ชั้น มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 รวม 5 ภาคการศึกษา ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.75
3.ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นผู้ที่รักความเป็นธรรม และมีความตั้งใจที่จะเข้าศึกษาวิชากฎหมายอย่างแท้จริง

องค์ประกอบวิชาและค่าน้ำหนักแต่ละวิชาที่ใช้ในการสอบคัดเลือก (สอบข้อเขียน) รวม 100 คะแนน ดังนี้
1.วิชาความถนัดทั่วไป (GAT รหัส 85) 30%
2.วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ 10%
3.วิชาเฉพาะ
- วิชาความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย 10%
- วิชาความสามารถในการใช้เหตุผลทางกฎหมาย 30%
